These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Lexze,s web development services. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Project Ownership & Payment Terms
Lexze retains full ownership of all projects (including code, designs, and assets) until full payment is received.
Upon complete payment, all rights and ownership are transferred to the client.
If payment is not completed, Lexze reserves the right to withhold access, suspend services, or take legal action.
2. Delays & Additional Costs
Any client-caused delay (e.g., failure to provide materials, approvals, or communication within 14 days) will result in additional restart fees.
Projects left inactive beyond 14 days without client response may require additional fees for resumption.
3. Revisions & Scope of Work
Each project includes 3 revisions within the agreed scope.
Additional requests outside the original scope will incur additional charges.
Major revisions after approval may restart the timeline and cost adjustments.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
If the project is canceled, Lexze retains all rights to the unfinished work, and any payments made are non-refundable.
If Lexze cannot fulfill the contract due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
5. Liability & Warranty
Lexze is not liable for loss of revenue, downtime, security breaches, or damages after project completion.
We provide 14 days of post-launch support for bug fixes.
Any third-party software, hosting, or integrations used are subject to their respective terms and warranties.
6. Compliance & Intellectual Property
Clients must ensure that all provided content (text, images, and media) complies with copyright laws.
Lexze does not assume responsibility for trademark or copyright infringements from client-provided materials.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California. Any disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Irvine unless otherwise required by law.
